Trusted Covid-19 Fit to Fly Testing
The Whitehall Clinic is a private medical practice based in central Leeds, offering a range of services and treatments including private GP services, health screening and cardiology, women’s health and men’s health clinics.
Fit to Fly testing and Day 2 Covid-19 tests were introduced to ensure individuals met the safe requirements for travel during the Covid-19 pandemic. During this uncertain time, The Whitehall Clinic asked The Ark Media to help raise awareness around their Fit to Fly and Day 2 testing, delivering a crucial message to key target audiences that same day results were available meaning they could be fit to fly in no time!

Objectives
The primary objective of this campaign is to:
-Raise awareness of The Whitehall Clinic's Fit to Fly and Day 2 testing offer
-Maximise appointment bookings for Covid-19 tests − aimed at customers who were travelling abroad to any location across the world or who had recently travelled back to the UK from overseas
Strategy and Execution
We knew the key aim for this campaign was to generate bookings for both Fit to Fly and Day 2 Covid-19 tests and to introduce the brand of The Whitehall Clinic to the market. Using our insight and research, we were able to target specific demographics at key times, changing the messaging as new Covid-19 travel requirements emerged.
The strategy included:
-A targeted bus rear campaign, aimed at reaching as many Leeds residents as possible
-Railway 4 sheet advertising
-Spotify advertising, allowed each ad to be served to the right audience, at the right time. Utilising Spotify also meant that the target audience could react to the clinics call to action immediately
-Digital advertising allowed precision targeting, reaching the most relevant audiences
-Targeted Email mailings, tailored to relevant demographics, increased the likelihood of the e-shot being opened and actioned
-Our campaign generated up to 35 appointments a day
-Our multi-channel campaign resulted in 5,345 appointment bookings from September to October and 4,011 in December.
